MOVE FORWARD TO YOUR POSSESSION

 WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER

 OPENING PRAYER

Father, we thank you for this wonderful day, we thank you for everything particularly the gift of life. We bless your name for you are wonderful, also we thank you for this opportunity to hear your word, let there be light and let our faith cometh in the name of Yeshua.

 ELEVENTH MONTH IS THE MONTH TO MOVE FORWARD TO YOUR POSSESSION

Deuteronomy 1:3-8

3 And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spake unto the children of Israel, according unto all that the Lord had given him in commandment unto them;

4 After he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei:

5 On this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying,

6 The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:

7 Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.

8 Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.

Though you might have been stuck from January till these present moments or all your life, but the Lord is saying move forward.

Most times it is difficult to know what the next step is when you are at the junction of confusion but by taking the next step which is fervent prayer of asking God which is the next step.

Here the Israelites were confused but thank God for He shew them the next step, which was where they failed before.

He told them to move forward and pass through Edom where they were initially refused passage.

Deuteronomy 2:2-7

2 And the Lord spake unto me, saying,

3 Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.

4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:

5 Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession.

6 Ye shall buy meat of them for money, that ye may eat; and ye shall also buy water of them for money, that ye may drink.

7 For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the Lord thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.

Initially Israel was refused passage through the land of Edom.

Numbers 20:17-22

17 Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

18 And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.

19 And the children of Israel said unto him, We will go by the high way: and if I and my cattle drink of thy water, then I will pay for it: I will only, without doing anything else, go through on my feet.

20 And he said, Thou shalt not go through. And Edom came out against him with much people, and with a strong hand.

21 Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.

22 And the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, journeyed from Kadesh, and came unto mount Hor.

Now what happened?

When God really want you to move forward into your possession, He does several things to make this possible.

1 He will empower you.

To be empowered by God you must first tarry in Jerusalem.

Luke 24:49

49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

You must wait for power before you can confront your enemies. You need the rod of strength from above to rule in this world.

Even our Lord was told to wait until the right time.

Psalm 110:1-2

1 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

And waiting is a continuous process, after you move to your next level you must wait for another next level.

Wait to renew your strength.

Isaiah 40:31

31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Wait for your heart to be strengthen.

Psalm 27:14

14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

Now the Edomite that refuses Israel passage from the beginning now became afraid of them.

Deuteronomy 2:4

4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:

And when you are empowered, you do not dialogue with your enemies.

Initially they asked permission to pass, but this time around they just walk by.

Numbers 20:17-22

17 Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

2 He will made provision for you vision.

Deuteronomy 2:6-7

6 Ye shall buy meat of them for money, that ye may eat; and ye shall also buy water of them for money, that ye may drink.

7 For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the Lord thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.

In all ways God will provide for the vision particularly wisdom, knowledge and understanding.

Spiritually, physically, financially, and mentally.

3 God will root out disobedience and doubt completely.

For Him to be able to work with you he will root out anything that will hinders him to fulfill His promise in your life.

Immediately after the Edomite refuse to let Israel pass God called Aaron home for his rebellious act.

Numbers 20:23-24

23 And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron in mount Hor, by the coast of the land of Edom, saying,

24 Aaron shall be gathered unto his people: for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the water of Meribah.

Moses was spared for there is no one to lead Israel yet but he died after Joshua was chosen.

Numbers 27:12-18

12 And the Lord said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel.

13 And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered.

14 For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.

15 And Moses spake unto the Lord, saying,

16 Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,

17 Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the Lord be not as sheep which have no shepherd.

18 And the Lord said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;

 All those who doubted God after the spies returned from the promise land did not get into the promised land.

Numbers 14:27-32

27 How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.

28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the Lord, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:

29 Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward which have murmured against me.

30 Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

31 But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised.

32 But as for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness.

To cut the whole story short God took out all those that rebel against him in the wilderness before he gets them to the promised land.

Deuteronomy 2:13-18

13 Now rise up, said I, and get you over the brook Zered. And we went over the brook Zered.

14 And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the Lord sware unto them.

15 For indeed the hand of the Lord was against them, to destroy them from among the host, until they were consumed.

16 So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people,

17 That the Lord spake unto me, saying,

18 Thou art to pass over through Ar, the coast of Moab, this day:

4 Finally to possess your possession you must constantly be upon Mount Zion, and you must live holy. 

Obadiah 17

17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

We all need deliverance, and this can achieve upon mount Zion, that through praying without ceasing (praise, worship, fasting and prayer) and you must be holy for the spirit and power of God to rest upon you.

You must be on fire.

Prayer:

I repent of my sins and that of my ancestors in the name of Yeshua.

I obtain mercy that triumph over judgement in the name of Yeshua.

I receive power to do all things in life and I receive power to possess my possession in the name of Yeshua.

I receive faith that cannot be doubted in the name of Yeshua.

Where I have been rejected, I will be accepted in the name of Yeshua.

I receive provision for my vision in the name of Yeshua.

This month whether the devil like it or not, I move forward by fire in the name of Yeshua.

Father in the name of Yeshua I confess that I am a sinner, and I repent of my sins, and I ask that you forgive me. I confess with my mouth that Yeshua is Lord, and I believe in my heart that he died for my sins and that Yahweh raised him from the dead. I declare that I will follow and serve Yeshua from now on and forever in the name of Yeshua. Amen!
